To date, Seneca Asset Management or its affiliates have successfully completed over €3.6 billion of acquisitions across Europe including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Scandinavia and the Netherlands. Our European real estate investment team seeks to identify opportunities across sectors and jurisdictions which exhibit high-quality cash flows, locations and structural integrity. Typically pursuing investments with equity requirements between €25 million and €100 million, the team looks for properties where value can be added by injecting both capital and development or operational expertise.
